中新互联互通项目最近迎来新的里程碑，首笔新币公募债券今年2月在新加坡交易所成功发行上市。重庆市巴南经济园区建设实业有限公司在新加坡交易所成功发行1.5亿新币公募债券，票面利率4.35%。

截至目前，重庆市在中新互联互通项目下已累计落地跨境发债项目11笔，金额折合26.1亿美元。

在巴南经济园区建设实业有限公司跨境发债项目中，发行团队创新采用银行备用信用证增信模式，提高国际债项评级，确保了债券的成功发行。

此外，通过复制推广中新互联互通项目跨境融资模式，带动四川、广西、陕西、青海、新疆等西部省区企业赴新加坡发行债券，累计金额折合超过30亿美元，有效支持西部省区经济发展。
